Im Ja P. Choi, M.S. 
Founder & CEO

Im Ja Choi is the Founder and current CEO of Penn Asian Senior Service (PASSi) and its subsidiaries. Addionally, she serves as a council member for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging Cultural Diversity Advisory Council, and a commissioner of the Pennsylvania Commission on Women. Ms. Choi received her MS degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and her B.A. degree from Korea University in Seoul.


Theodore Jeong 
Accounting Director

Mr. Jeong supervises all financial aspects of PASSi and works with the Board of Directors to develop a multi-year budget. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seoul National University in computer science and has completed accounting coursework at Temple University and received his CPA. Along with supervising PASSi's Accounting Department, he also manages all of PASSi’s IT equipment and applications.


James Wallace, J.D. 
Managing Director

Mr. Wallace is an international business attorney with vast experience in all matters of business.  As PASSi's Managing Director, Mr. Wallace is involved in many aspects of the company with responsibilities for regulatory compliance as well as workers and unemployment compensation. In addition, he also currently manages the renovation of the south building on the PASSi campus. Mr Wallace holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Accounting) from Rider University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School.


Cammie Citro, C.S.W. 
Director of Penn Asian Jubilee Center

As PASSi's Adult Day Care Center Director, Cammie ensures the safety and well being of all of PASSi's adult day care clients, as well as agency compliance with regulatory and licensure matters. Ms. Citro holds a B.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University, and has Masters-level credits from Montclair University. She is also a Certified Social Worker, a Licensed School Social Worker and a Certified Dementia Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in geriatric health care and health care administration.


Fallon Every, M.P.H. 
Development Director

Ms. Every researches, writes, and prepares government, foundation and corporate grant proposals and reports that align with PASSi’s mission. She also helps to develop and maintain positive relationships with funders. She holds a Master's in Public Health from Arcadia University and a B.S. in Psychology from Gwynedd Mercy University.


Jenny Bedin
Training Manager

Ms. Bedin is the Executive Assistant to PASSi's CEO and also the Training Manager of Penn Asian Vocational Institute.  Her role as the Training Manager is to recruit and enroll prospective nurse aide candidates and maintain program compliance with the Department of Education-NATCEP and Private License School Divisions.


Young Eun Park, M.A. 
Human Resources Manager

Ms. Park is responsible for handling inquiries about jobs or benefits. She provides information about possible job openings or eligible benefits as well as the handling of all components of the Human Resources Department. She is bi-lingual in English and Korean.
